MODEL 9070 O2 and CO2 Food Package Analyser

Model 9070 Food Package Analyser is an ideal unit for spot checking gas measurements within food containers for on-going validation of packaging machines.
After inserting the sample probe into a package or container, the 9070 automatically draws a sample and displays the lowest reading of oxygen and the highest reading of carbon dioxide. There is no need to touch a key or button during the analytical process.

Zirconium Oxide Flue Gas Oxygen Analyser – 9060

The 9060 provides standard programmable automatic calibration and auto-purge outputs. The user can program the cal/purge sequence to an alarm relay for external indication. The 9060 has also been designed with a probe diagnostic loop to continuously monitor for probe impedance to ensure the sensor is functioning properly. The electronics self-calibrates all inputs every minute.

Zirconia Zirconium Oxide Trace Oxygen Analyser – 3000 ZA-XL

Teledyne manufactures a variety of oxygen analysers utilising state-of-the-art technologies to monitor oxygen in virtually all industrial bulk gases supplied by the air separation community. To complement our electrochemical fuel cell and paramagnetic oxygen products, Teledyne has developed a zirconium oxide-based (ZrO2) trace oxygen analyser, the 3000ZA-XL, which can be readily applied on inert, H2 / HC-free, gas streams. The unique, miniature, amperometric-based ZrO2 sensor provides the operator with unrivalled repeatability, responsiveness and stability.

Thermal Conductivity Transmitter – Model 2000 XTC

The Model 2000XTC Transmitter resets the standard for thermal conductivity detector based applications within the process control industry. As an intrinsically safe transmitter, packaged within a rugged, weatherproof housing, the 2000XTC is suitable for use in harsh, hazardous outdoor environments. Thermal Conductivity Analyser – 2020

Model 2020 Thermal Conductivity Analyser is a versatile, explosion-proof, microprocessor-based instrument for measuring binary mixtures of gases. Model 2020 responds to the differences in thermal conductivity between various gases by continuously comparing the sample gas with a reference gas of known thermal conductivity.

Infrared Gas Analyser – 7600

Series 7600 Infrared (IR) Gas Analyser is capable of detecting up to four chosen, individual IR absorbing components (i.e. NO, SO2, CO2, CO, and CH4) on a continuous basis. Series 6000 Ultraviolet Photometric Analyser

Series 6000 Microprocessor Controlled Ultraviolet Photometer is designed to provide continuous on-line analytical data of critical process conditions and eliminate time consuming laboratory analysis. This analyser can be configured to measure at any wavelength within the ultraviolet or visible portions of the electromagnetic energy spectrum.

Total Sulphides Analyser

The Model 6200E Total Sulfides Analyser utilises proven UV fluorescent technology to continuously detect sulfides found in inert gas streams. An internal, quartz catalytic converter is employed to convert the sulfides, when mixed with scrubbed ambient air, into SO2 via high temperature oxidation.

An internal vacuum pump is employed to draw both the sample and the ambient air into the converter. The converted sample gas is fed to the fluorescence chamber where it is then exposed to ultra-violet radiation.

Accurate detection of trace levels of moisture has been a challenge to the process world owing to the fact that high concentrations of water are present in the atmosphere; approximately 1% by volume in room air. Teledyne Analytical Instruments is familiar with this challenge, having successfully developed one of the broadest lines of trace ppb / ppm O2 analysers commercially available. In developing our trace O2 line, we have had to contend with the fact that 209,000 ppm of O2 is present in the atmosphere – ready to jeopardise the analysis of typically less than 1 ppm of O2. Teledyne is utilising 50 years of expertise in detecting trace oxygen to produce a complimentary line of trace moisture analysers – Series 8800.
