Coriolis Flow Meter – CPFM 8800 Coriolis Mass Flow Meters

The CPFM 8800 Series is a family of advanced flow meters based on the Coriolis principle. Fabricated exclusively from PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) polymeric material, the CPFM is ideal for high purity applications.

Oval Gear Flow Meter

Oval Gear Flow Meters are positive displacement type ideally suited for high viscosity fluids and for monitoring low flow rates. These are available with rotors made of special materials like PPS resin, PEEK resin, stainless steel and other special resins. Viscosity ranges from 0-5 mPa to 500 mPa and can be handled under operating temperatures from -10°C to +60°C. These are simple, elegant and firm constructions with built in pulse generators. Multiple flow control systems can be made up with Valvings. It is ideally suited for fine chemical processes, combustion appliances and humidification appliances.

Paddlewheel MW 100 Flow Meter Mini-Wheel Flowmeter with In-line Flow

Tangential turbine flow meters continue to be the most common way to measure flow electronically in a wide range of industries. Enhancements to tangential turbine flow meter systems are producing a flow-sensing device that is smaller, easier to install and more accurate than ever before. A line of Tangential Turbine (also called Paddle Wheel) Flow meters that utilise sophisticated circuitry to foster signal conditioning is manufactured.

The rotational velocity of the rotary wheel varies linearly with the average velocity of the fluid flowing through the flow meter. A square wave pulse is generated by a hall effect from magnets embedded in the vanes of the rotor wheel. Depending on the output version of the MW-100, the pulse signal is relayed directly, converted to a 0-5 VDC (voltage) output. The voltage model is span-adjustable over the flow range of the unit.

The MTHF Series measures the mass flow rate of gases in 18 ranges from 0-10 NLPM to 0-50 NLPM as range table. The MTHF Series combine mass flow transducers with an electromagnetic proportional valve. Valves are not recommended as shut of valves. Controllers us a 0-5 V DC liner set-point signal supplied from the local set-point point or from a remote source.

The MTF-4000 series is designed for a wide array of applications including those for the semiconductor and bio-medical industries. Low cost and high performance are achieved by using the latest circuit designs, sensors and microprocessor technology. Turbine Flow Meter – TM44

The TM44 series turbine flow meter is used in precise measurement of clean fluid flow. The TM44 can be supplied as a basic sensor with a pulse output or a 4-20mA output. Alternatively, a number of electronic units are available to provide batch control, totalisation and a display of instantaneous flow rate. The standard TM44 turbine flow meter is resistant to most severe process fluids including acids, alkali, solvents, water, CIP fluids, oil, minerals, petrochemical products, cryogenic liquids and other liquids.

Vortex Flow Meter – VF-2200 Vortex Flow Sensor for Ultra-Pure Water

The VF-2200 Flow Sensor is an improved version of the well-received VF-2000 and has a wider flow range than VF-2000. The VF-2200 Flow Sensor is a cost-effective instrument for the measurement of liquid flow.
A simple and compact design makes the VF-2200 a good choice for the measurement of water, pure water and cooling water. Current output model, Pulse output model and Display model with current / alarm outputs are available. Fitting is selectable from various types according to use.
